So would I. I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this. I have a real typewriter, and I like to use it when I'm feeling archaic. I don't really know how to respond to typewriter + iPad.
What I think is wild is that while it has a USB connection on the back to connect it to the iPad, you are also able to simply use it as a typewriter. I would be curious to know if you could simultaneously have it connected to the ipad while typing up paper essays. That, to me, is a good form of backing-up my data. I would be Intrigued to be able to create a hard copy while making a digital copy or vice versa.
If I had a several hundred spare dollars I would buy this in a heartbeat.
