Updating the MLA?

Here's a question: I'm working on an article, and I'm reading Wilkie Collins' The Frozen Deep on my Kindle--it was a free download! So... how do I cite my textual evidence from a Kindle? Who gets credit for editing? publishing? date of publication? page number? site? Does the publication belong to amazon? What do I put for the intertextual citation? And how would someone locate my evidence if they didn't own a Kindle (versus being able to go to the library or jstor or the like). Has MLA, APA, or other citation styles caught up w/ this potential loophole... er, I mean, new source option?
